I created this randomly one afternoon after making my healthy fish and chips dish. So tasty I use it regularly as a side to many of my dishes! Tahini is a nut butter made from sesame seeds , its full of nutrition and great in savoury cooking especially stir fries!


 1 tablespoon = 1 portion

  • 2 tbsp of natural Greek style low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard
  • Mix well – perfect with homemade burgers or as a dip
