Your Nutrition & Wellness Consultations with Catriona: 

  • Are conducted in my beautifully created studio environment or in a comfortable virtual setting, encouraging an open and honest conversation so that I can fully understand your challenges (COVID Guidelines will apply)
  • Are informative, giving you the suitable tools and recommendations to assist you on your quest for a healthier and happier you.
  • Are collaborative! Be ready to write things down as we work together - to help you manage your goals and celebrate all the achievements on your way!
  • Are encouraging of expression of all feelings and emotions. Transformation is always an emotional experience and many of our health issues stem from emotional issues.
  • Are tailored and unique to you! You may be asked to keep a food diary, or record your sleep schedule to track your progress and to identify any habits that are blocking you from long term success. 

Please Note: 

  • You don’t need to be fasting to attend a face to face appointment
  • You don’t need to take your clothes off during an appointment - we coach our clients through consultation and discussion. (It may be beneficial to take a weight recording or measurements for some consultations. This is done so with the permission of the client)
