This is a great quick white sauce made using Greek Style Yogurt, Philadelphia Light and an egg!
Great when you want to reduce the amount of actual cheese you may use in Lasagnes and other pasta dishes!
• 1 egg
• 100g Philadelphia Light
• 100g Fat Free Natural Greek Style Yogurt
• 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
• Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
• Low calorie so simple and tasty! Whip the cheese, yogurt, mustard and egg together and set to side.
