5 Week Good Food Program

A little bit about me and my coaching:

As a qualified Nutrition & Wellness Coach, I'm devoted to educating and empowering others to achieve their nutrition and wellness goals by helping them to bring their health and wellbeing into a realistic and sustainable balance as well as instilling confidence in moving outside their comfort zone.

I created the Good Food Program (5 Weeks) as an introductory Private Coaching Program designed to give you a healthy start in the right direction that allows flexibility. 





What is the Program and who is it for?

  • My Good Food Program is aimed at you if you have decided THAT'S IT, I DESIRE to make some adjustments to my current way of eating and living my life!  
  • You may have recently received a diagnosis or advice from your GP to improve your nutrition, exercise, sleep and current lifestyle habits.
  • I provide the weekly coaching, accountability and motivation to help you stay on track.
  • This private coaching program is good for you if you need a little (or a lot) of motivation to start your QUEST FOR POSITIVE HEALTH
  • This program will help you understand why you’re feeling bloated, fatigued, experience low mood or have poor sleep or can’t seem to lose weight.

I am the person to be in your corner to help you every week!


Before you begin the Good Food Program, you will complete a pre-consultation form  so we can begin to discuss your starting point in terms of your current daily diet, your exercises, your stressors, your sleep, your allergies and intolerances. 

During the 5 weeks I will work with you on helping you to reset your mindset towards food such as understanding your triggers, why you’re experiencing cravings and understanding how your snacking might be hindering you from achieving your goals. And together we will work on introducing more self-care into your daily routine that could help alleviate stress and improve your overall wellness. 


When will the Program start?

There is no deadline for signing up to the Program, I start working with you when you're ready to sign up. Simply click on the sign-up button and select the date for your initial consultation with me, taking your first step to starting your healthy eating journey.



Right Now, you might be experiencing

  1. Type 2 diabetes, blood sugar issues
  2. High cholesterol and you want to understand more the connection between your diagnosis and the foods you are eating.
  3. Hypothyroidism & High Blood Pressure  / Hashimotos / Thyroid & Adrenal imbalance

  2. Eating more mindfully; understand portions, reduce cravings, understanding your triggers and what your body needs
  3. Introduced new self-care habits into your daily routine such as enhancing your night time routine
  4. Eating more nutritious whole foods instead of processed foods.
  5. Learned how to plan a day of healthy meals
  6. Reduced that bloated feeling
  7. More energy, improved mood and better sleep.
  8. Better skin, hair and nails.
  9. Knowledge of your blood sugar and the importance in keeping levels balanced.
  10. Knowledge to sustain weight loss, healthy eating and mindful living.



Program Includes:

  • Weekly private coaching sessions (1 introductory & 4 targeted coaching , 30-40 minutes each, 5 in total) through video call or in person at the studio.  These private coaching sessions are an integral part of the program, providing a weekly checkpoint that ensures you have the education and motivation necessary to excel in this program like you do in other areas of your life.
  • Personalised advice to meet your nutrition and wellness needs. My Good Food Program is not a quick-fix or an overnight transformation and involves commitment from you to introduce small incremental changes that will ultimately lead you to that bigger goal.
  • Weekly tailored meal plans, recipes and shopping lists. 
  • Access to a private Facebook community group for my daily mindful eating tips and motivation.
  • Access to any webinars / masterclasses to support your health and nutrition goals.
