One to One Consultations are available at the studio based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly or online at a time and day that suits you. This is an opportunity to take control and participate in your health to make long lasting change!

How To Sign Up: 

When you book , a member of the team will contact you to begin your step by step health & wellness journey

You will be asked to complete a food diary  and / or sleep diary 14 days in advance of your first consultation. 

You will have access to FREE recipes and resources as part of your nutrition & wellness tailored program

Online meetings can take place on WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom

Online sessions will take place on an agreed time and day agreed by you

  • Positive thought practices and exercises helping to understand emotions and ‘triggers’
