Chocolate Dipped Mandarins

A festive snack to satisfy a sweet tooth!




• Clementine’s or mandarins

• 70% plus of melted dark chocolate (I use a saucepan of water bring it to the boil, cover the top with a plate and melt chocolate in a glass bowl on top)

• Dip the fruit in the chocolate and place on a festive plate , leave to set and enjoy!

• Can be refrigerated and will keep for a few days , can also be frozen!
