 12 Jul 2020

This is a perfect recipe for a healthy nutritious, satisfying sweet hit. Featuring sweet potato mash (good blood sugar stabiliser) , 78% dark chocolate (magnesium and zinc) as well as mixed nuts (Vitamin E). I've made a few batches of these , great for a showstopping dessert or to accompany your daily coffee!
