You may be asked to keep a food diary, or record your sleep schedule.
You don’t need to be fasting to attend a face to face appointment
You don’t need to take your clothes off during an appointment - we coach our clients through consultation and discussion.
All coaching consultations can also be carried out online at a time / date scheduled via SKYPE , ZOOM , WHATS APP.
